Despite extensive efforts to address the Wix impostors through Wix support, and BBB, we have not received an adequate response. Unauthorized modifications are being made to our website and sitemap, and our attempts to resolve these problems through calls, ticket submissions, and chat requests have been unsuccessful due to the 3rd parties control of all devices, emails, and servers worked under, and Wix modified software.

We sincerely apologize for the challenges our website is currently facing. For local visitors in Salem, please be aware that the Salem Police Department has been notified and has documented these incidents on three separate occasions. You are welcome to request public records or view officer webcam footage if needed. Additionally, the Mayor's office in Salem can confirm visits and provide information regarding those involved.

In a troubling incident during attempts to deliver documents to the Department of Justice's Civil Rights division, I received a call from a third party impersonating Ms. Fay Waters, who refused to accept records or file a complaint. I subsequently visited Mayor Wheeler’s office, and they have significant documentation exposing those involved; please ask for Mr. Taylor. It is imperative to exercise caution: Please request virtual calls or personal meetings, be vigilant, as impersonators may pose as anyone mentioned or involved.

### **Nature of the Compromise**
- **Unauthorized Control:** Third parties have gained control of our website by manipulating Wix software, making unauthorized changes to our site's content without being legitimate contributors.
- **Obstructed Online Presence:** They have altered key elements such as the robots.txt file and no-index settings, diminishing our site's visibility and hindering our ability to address SEO challenges. The modified Wix software currently controls all content and sitemaps on bfreedindeed.net, with changes occurring without the consent of previously documented contributors.
- **Unresponsive Support:** Our complaints to Wix support, the BBB, and other organizations remain unaddressed. There are indications that some individuals may have impersonated BBB employees. We have filed reports with Ex-Attorney General Herbert H. Slattery’s office and submitted three IC3 reports documenting that every server, email, and device is under the control of the third party.

### **Involvement of Third Parties**
- **SEO Manipulation:** Multiple entities have attempted to alter our website’s SEO strategies and sitemaps. We have reported these issues to Tennessee Senators Jeff Yarbro and Raumesh Akbari, who have received substantial evidence supporting our claims, available for review through their offices. We have also informed Governor Bill Lee.
- **Documented Evidence:** Over 60 pages of evidence detailing our interactions with the involved parties have been submitted to the Senators, backing our claims of impersonation and unauthorized access.
- **Compromised Payment Systems:** Our Wix payment system has also been compromised, leading to unauthorized access to associated debit cards.

### **Request for Assistance**
Given the severity of these matters, we kindly request that you reach out to Wix through your accounts, urging their leadership to address this situation promptly. Their expertise in resolving web development issues is essential for mitigating the damage and restoring our website. Please be advised that impostors may impersonate Wix support staff, and we deeply regret this situation. 

### **Security Alert and Recommendations**
- **Google Analytics and Verification:** The third party has gained control over our Google Analytics and verification accounts, along with all associated Google and social media profiles.
- **SEO and Sitemap Control:** Unauthorized changes made to our SEO settings and sitemaps are negatively impacting our search engine visibility. Names and emails of unauthorized (Agents) contributors have been reported to both Senators' offices.
- **Compromised Wix Software:** We have identified two versions of our website, whereby unauthorized parties can swiftly replace the legitimate site with a severely compromised version while visitors are actively browsing.

### **Action Plan**
All devices are currently under the control of malicious actors, and new avenues for their interference are continually emerging. We sincerely apologize for the attacks on our website. The Department of Justice in Salem, Oregon, along with all other authorities detailed in our three IC3 reports, have been notified regarding the individuals involved. As of September 17, 2024, we have documented instances (two years) of rejected ticket submissions and requests to transfer our website away from Wix. It appears that impostors are effectively holding our website hostage. I was contacted by Mel Davis of Zoek CA, that requested our SEO work, however, after realizing Zoek's plan of preventing website from being found on Google, and was discrediting website, Zoek's team was quickly removed as an contributor, after removing their team, I was continually hacked to regain control of site. Also, Ex-Mayor John Cooper's liaison John Lasiter of Nashville, TN. Sent me to a fake SEO Co. Skyfield media, set-up at the Intelligent office where an employee impersonated the fake SEO company. Laura Grisham at Nashville TN BBB verified the company did not exist and instructed me to file an FTC complaint, I did, however, the 3rd party intercepts all emails and impersonated FTC. All contacts must be virtual or in person due to 3rd parties impersonating all calls. I received another call from John Lasiter, saying he had been talking to Senator Jeff Yarbroo and the company Skyfield media could be found on the internet now. Our most recent contact with Wix, where we requested a call, resulted in a spam call from Tennessee that is believed to be the TBI. We have identified those responsible for holding our website hostage and for modifying Wix software. (Note: The TBI had removed all of the corruption cases that were linked to them from this page, and others, I lived in TN for over 50 years, the TBI is a very corrupt agency and has this website held hostage!) - TN Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Cases, Dockets and Filings.

Despite our persistent efforts, (9/25/24) we have been unable to regain control due to ongoing interference with our devices and communications. We have compiled over four and a half years of evidence regarding these malicious actions and are actively seeking ways to expose the situation. It is important for all shareholders to be informed about the upcoming publicly filed lawsuit. - The video presented below illustrates the manipulation of the cannabis market by corrupt members of the ASA (Americans for Safe Access). My documentation and reports substantiate that the President of the Nashville ASA attempted to entrap me by soliciting the shipment of RSO (Rick Simpson Oil) through the USPS. Additionally, I was contacted by ASA members and sold a fraudulent 215 MMJ (Medical Marijuana) card by other corrupt members of the ASA.
