Lord Jesus,
I believe You are the Son of the living God. I believe You came to this earth in the flesh, died for my sins, and rose again to give me eternal life. I confess that I am a sinner in need of Your mercy and forgiveness. Today, I turn from every false way, and I choose You as my Lord and Savior. Come into my heart, Jesus. Wash me clean by Your precious blood. Write my name in the Lamb’s Book of Life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, so I may follow You all my days.
And now, in obedience to Your Word, I choose to be baptized — every one of us, for the remission of sins, and to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
